Outdoor Entertaining Design Inspo To Spark Your Summer

July is that month that is the peak of summer! We just can’t get enough of the lake, pools, and back yard parties. Here is a little sneak peak of a pool house & pool that we worked on last year that we just photographed. We all decided we wanted to move in. How about you?

My trip to Indiana was wonderful, as we got to enjoy the beauty of Geist Lake and hanging out on the boat. I appreciated getting to recharge my design batteries to gear up for the fall and holidays, yes, I did say that I am also dreaming about our dream backyard one day! Our goal is to put in a pool for the kids to splash around in and for us to work out in.

Although we still have our beautiful wooded lot, we are starting to move forward and towards our dream day by day! As I always say, it’s key to have your design plan so you know the direction you are moving forward in. So, we designed it, got it drawn up and now while we wait, we are moving forward with what we can do ourselves.

I am loving this new furniture line we received from Abbyson Living. How great is this?! It’s perfect for when we put our new deck on that overlooks the pool but while we wait on that dream, we can sit and enjoy this set knowing it’s perfect!
