Sallie Lord has been a respected and award-winning voice in the interior design community for more than 25 years. Her passion for design began early at age 15 and has grown into a lifelong pursuit of creating spaces that are not only beautiful but also deeply personal and livable.

Sallie earned her Bachelor's degree in Interior Design from Marymount University and founded GreyHunt Interiors in 2009, a firm named after her sons, Greyson and Hunter. That family-rooted foundation continues to shape the heart of the studio today, where thoughtful design, trust, and collaboration are just as important as aesthetics.

Since founding GHI, Sallie has been widely published nationally and consistently recognized as a top designer across Washington, DC, Virginia, and Maryland, earning multiple Best of Virginia honors and being named a Hot Talent by Home & Design Magazine.

A recent transplant to the Indianapolis area, Sallie has established her business at the Indiana Design Center in Carmel, IN, and is already deeply immersed in the local design community. She serves on the Design Board for the Decorators Show House, where she was named Rookie of the Year in her first year of participation, and is a member of both Home Artists and the Board for the Indiana Design Center.

Known for her sharp, discerning eye and calm, confident leadership, Sallie brings clarity to the design process and a refined sense of ease to every project.
